2023 Festival Yarn - Batch 5

The 2023 special edition festival yarn was naturally dyed by ash alberg of sunflower knit using black knight scabiosa flowers from Big Oak Farm. It is 100% non-superwash wool from Canadian sheep farms milled at Custom Woolen Mills in Alberta.

This listing is for roots fingering, dyed with Manitoba-grown black knight scabiosa.

Specifications: 100% Canadian wool, milled in Canada, single ply fingering weight, 112g, 432 yards (395 metres)

Please note that due to the spinning process, there are likely to be knots in the skein.
