Accessibility at the Festival
We are dedicated to making the festival a welcoming and accessible event for everyone. See below for accessibility information to our event, and if you have suggestions please send us an email at info@manitobafibrefestival.com
Accessibility on the Grounds
All entrances are wheelchair accessible and the market hall has wheelchair accessible washroom facilities.
The parking lot and main path to the Market Hall are paved and the Market Hall has cement floors.
The path to the Red Barn is gravel and can be bumpy. The Red Barn has cement floors and is accessible (there is no washroom in the Red Barn).
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at the festival and in the Market Hall.
For the safety of the livestock, service animals, and the general public, access to the Red Barn is limited. The presence of service animals may cause heightened stress or unexpected behaviour in the animals within the exhibit, creating potential risks for all involved. For this reason, service animal access to the Red Barn will be considered on a request basis. We are committed to ensuring a welcoming and safe experience for everyone, and our team will work with visitors to accommodate needs wherever possible.
Noise Sensitivity
If you prefer a quieter experience with less noise or stimulation please consider attending Saturday afternoon - there are generally fewer crowds and a more relaxed atmosphere.
