The Manitoba Fibre Festival market specializes in natural fibres. This includes fleeces and yarns, high quality crafts made with wool, alpaca, silk, cotton, linen and more; as well as tools for fibre artists and supplies for fibre farmers. We also do our best to include a selection of related artisan-made items from other natural materials, including soaps, ceramics, and woodwork.

About the Vendor Market
The Vendor Market is an important element of our annual Festival. It shares the venue with a variety of craft demonstrations, workshops, and activities from sheep shearing to lace making. The relaxed atmosphere encourages people to sit and visit between shopping, watching demonstrations or taking classes. In 2023 we expanded our space so that the fibre animals are now located in the adjacent Red Barn (if you are interested in participating in the Red Barn, please contact info@manitobafibrefestival.com).
Our market specializes in natural fibres. This includes fleeces and yarns, high quality crafts made with natural fibres, as well as tools for fibre artists and supplies for fibre farmers. We may include other items that we believe to be of interest to Festival visitors but our primary focus is on natural fibres and the fibre arts.
Our mission is to create an environment that brings together producers and crafts people to build up and support a growing fibre arts industry and community in Manitoba.
Our goal in choosing vendors is to create a diverse market that will inspire our visitors. The great majority of our vendors live in Manitoba, and we are proud to promote local producers and artisans. We also include a few vendors from further afield who can bring something unique to the market. Creating economic and creative connections between local fibre farmers and artisans is the key goal of our Market.

How to Apply
Please fill out and submit this form to apply for a vendor spot at the Festival. If you are accepted, we will send you details on payment options.
The Festival market is open Friday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Vendors are required to be in attendance for all open hours. Our location is at Red River Exhibition Park on the west side of Winnipeg.
Set up for vendors will be Friday morning from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. Vendors who are also sponsors will have the option to set up Thursday evening (more details will be provided at a later date).
If you wish to SHARE a booth, everyone involved needs to apply and be approved separately. Please indicate in the form who you would like to share your booth with if this is applicable.
